Pour all ingredients into a lightly greased 9-inch casserole dish and bake at 350ºF for approximately one hour, or until the top is golden brown and the center has set. This recipe can be easily doubled by simply using a 9×13 inch casserole dish, and adding about 15 minutes to the cook time.

3. Apple, Walnut, and Cranberry Salad
